국토안전관리원법 제17조(자료 제공의 요청)

① 관리원은 그 업무를 수행하면서 필요한 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장 또는 관련 기관ㆍ단체 등의 장에게 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
