Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 103 (Disposal of Prepared Building Sites)

국가 또는 지방자치단체는 법 제100조에 따른 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업으로 조성된 대지 및 건축물 중 그 소유에 속하는 재산을 처분하려는 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 공고하되, 국가가 하는 경우에는 관보와 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지에, 지방자치단체가 하는 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체의 공보와 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재하는 방법으로 한다. <개정 2012.4.10, 2020.11.24>
