Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 32-5 (Designation of Multi-Level Complex Areas)

① 법 제40조의5제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 효율적이고 복합적인 도시ㆍ군계획시설의 조성을 위해 필요한 경우로서 해당 시ㆍ도 또는 대도시의 도시ㆍ군계획조례로 정하는 경우를 말한다.
