국회미래연구원법 제11조(이사회)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 미래연구원에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Futures^f퓨처즈 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 decide디사이드 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

② 이사회는 이사장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다. 이 경우 이사장은 이사회에서 호선(互選)한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board.보드 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 mutual뮤추얼 vote^v보우트 at앳 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 이사장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 회의를 주재한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 its잇츠 meetings.미팅즈

④ 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 다른 이사가 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) When웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 another어너^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf비해^f프 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 이사회는 재적이사 과반수의 출석과 출석이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제1항제1호 및 제2호는 재적이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 present.프^r레전트 However,하우에^v버 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 1 and앤드 2 shall섈 be비 resolved^r리잘^v브드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈
