국회미래연구원법 제6조(임원)

① 미래연구원에 임원으로 원장 1명, 이사장을 포함한 10명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

② 이사장을 포함한 이사와 감사는 비상임으로 한다.

③ 원장, 이사 및 감사는 서로 겸할 수 없다.
