국회예산정책처법 제9조(위원회 보고 등)

①처장 또는 처장이 지정하는 소속공무원은 위원회의 요구에 응하여 해당 위원회에서 보고ㆍ설명하여야 한다.

②처장은 그 직무를 수행함에 있어서 관계행정기관의 위법한 사항이나 법령ㆍ제도 또는 행정상의 개선이 필요한 사항이 있다고 인정할 때에는 국회의 해당 업무의 소관상임위원회 및 예산결산특별위원회에 이를 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
