국회입법조사처법 제8조(위원회 보고 등)

①처장 또는 처장이 지정하는 소속 공무원은 위원회의 요구에 응하여 해당 위원회에서 보고ㆍ설명하여야 한다.

②처장은 그 직무를 수행함에 있어서 관계 행정기관의 위법사항이나 법령ㆍ제도 또는 행정상의 개선이 필요한 사항이 있다고 인정할 때에는 국회의 해당 업무의 소관 상임위원회에 이를 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
