Enforcement Decree of the Protection of Military Bases and Installations Act, Article 15 (Composition and Operation of the Ministry of National Defense Military Base and Installation Protection Deliberation Committee)

① 법 제15조제1항에 따른 국방부 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호 심의위원회(이하 "국방부심의위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 국방부차관이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 자로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.2.29, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 국방부심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
