군사법원법 제69조(재판의 합의)

① 재판의 합의는 공개하지 아니한다.

② 재판의 합의는 법률에 다른 규정이 없으면 재판관 과반수의 의견에 따른다.

(2) Unless언레스 an앤 Act액트 provides프^r러^v바이즈 otherwise,어^ð더와이즈 deliberations딜리버^r레이션즈 on안 a어 trial트^r라이얼 shall섈 follow^f팔로 the^ð디 opinion어피니언 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 judges.저지즈

③ 재판관의 의견이 3설(說) 이상 나누어져 각각 과반수에 이르지 못하는 경우에는 과반수에 이르기까지 피고인에게 가장 불리한 의견의 수에 차례로 유리한 의견을 더하여 그 중 가장 유리한 의견에 따른다.
