군인사법 시행령 제39조(진급 추천 및 제청의 취소)

법 제31조제1항에 규정된 추천권자 또는 제청권자는 선발위원회에 의하여 선발된 사람을 취소할 경우에는 그 사유를 진급권자에게 보고하여야 한다.
