근로복지기본법 제74조(합병의 효력발생ㆍ효과)

① 기금법인의 합병은 합병으로 인하여 설립되는 기금법인의 설립등기 또는 존속하는 기금법인의 변경등기를 함으로써 그 효력이 생긴다.

② 합병으로 인하여 설립되거나 존속하는 기금법인은 합병으로 인하여 소멸되는 기금법인의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.
