Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 23-3 (Management and Investment of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund)

① 공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금의 안정적 운용 및 수익성 증대를 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 중소기업퇴직연금기금을 관리ㆍ운용하여야 한다.
