법 제4조에 따른 금융회사등에 종사하는 자는 금융회사등의 임ㆍ직원 및 그 대리인ㆍ사용인 기타 종업원으로서 금융거래의 내용에 대한 정보 또는 자료를 취급ㆍ처리하는 업무에 사실상 종사하는 자로 한다. <개정 2014.11.28>
