Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Financial Services Commission, Article 22-3 (Period for Complying with Requests for Examination and Joint Examination)
법 제62조제1항 후단에 따라 금융감독원은 검사 또는 공동검사를 요구받은 날부터 1개월 내에 응하여야 한다.
Pursuant to the latter part of Article 62 (1) of the Act, the Financial Supervisory Service shall comply within one month from the date it is requested to conduct an examination or joint examination.
