금융회사의 지배구조에 관한 법률 제41조(공시)

① 금융회사는 주주총회와 관련하여 주주의 참석률, 안건에 대한 찬반비율 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 공시하여야 한다.

② 금융회사는 주주가 제33조에 따른 주주의 권리를 행사한 경우 이를 공시하여야 한다.
