Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 12 (Registration of Monitoring Business)

① 법 제22조제1항에 따라 상시계측관리를 업으로 하기 위해 등록하려는 자는 별표 1에서 정하는 요건을 갖추어야 한다.

② 계측업자는 다음 각 호의 사항이 변경된 경우 변경등록을 하여야 한다.

(2) A어 monitoring마너터^r링 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 shall섈 file^f파일 a어 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 change체인지 when웬 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 changes:체인지즈

2. 주된 영업소 또는 지점의 소재지

③ 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하"시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)는 법 제22조제1항에 따른 등록신청이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 등록을 해 주고, 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 계측업 등록증을 주어야 한다. <개정 2011.12.13, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.6.20, 2017.7.26>

1. 제1항에 따른 요건을 갖추지 못한 경우
