급경사지 재해예방에 관한 법률 제27조(성능검사대행자의 등록 등)

① 성능검사를 대행하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 기술능력 및 시설 등의 등록기준을 갖추어 시ㆍ도지사에게 등록하여야 한다. 등록한 사항 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.1.20, 2017.7.26, 2020.2.18>

② 성능검사대행자는 성능검사를 하는 때에 검사수수료를 징수할 수 있다.

③ 성능검사대행자의 지위승계에 대하여는 제24조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "계측업자"를 "성능검사대행자"로 본다.
