위원회의 위원, 분과위원회ㆍ전문위원회ㆍ특별위원회ㆍ자문단ㆍ실무위원회의 위원 및 구성원, 관계 공무원 및 관계 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당, 여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다.
