기상관측표준화법 시행규칙 제7조(기상측기의 검정신청 등)

① 법 제13조제1항 본문 및 같은 조 제2항에 따라 기상측기의 검정을 받으려는 자는 영 제6조제1항에 따라 별지 제2호서식의 기상측기 검정신청서를 기상청장[법 제14조제1항에 따라 검정대행기관으로 지정된 기관(이하 "검정대행기관"이라 한다)으로 하여금 검정업무의 전부 또는 일부를 대행하게 한 경우에는 검정대행기관의 장을 말한다]에게 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신청서를 제출받은 기상청장은 제5항에 따른 검정기준에 적합하다고 인정되면 별지 제3호서식의 기상측기 검정증명서를 발급해야 한다. 이 경우 기상측기 검정증명서를 발급받은 자가 영문 검정증명서의 발급을 요청하는 때에는 별지 제3호의2서식에 따른 영문 검정증명서를 발급할 수 있다.

③ 법 제13조제2항에 따라 검정을 받으려는 자는 검정유효기간 만료일 10일 전(2대 이상의 검정을 신청하는 경우에는 대당 1일을, 현장검정을 신청하는 경우에는 장소당 2일을 각각 가산한다)까지 검정신청을 해야 한다.

④ 법 제13조제3항에 따른 기상측기의 검정유효기간은 별표 4와 같다.

⑤ 법 제13조제5항에 따른 기상측기의 검정기준은 별표 5와 같다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 기상측기의 검정 절차에 필요한 세부사항은 기상청장이 정하여 고시한다.
