기상법 시행령 제24조(특수한 업무의 수탁)

①법 제45조에 따라 특수한 업무를 의뢰하고자 하는 자(이하 "의뢰인"이라 한다)는 수탁업무 수행에 관한 의뢰서를 기상청장에게 제출하여야 한다.

②기상청장은 제1항에 따라 의뢰를 받은 때에는 수탁업무의 목적과 내용을 검토하여 수탁여부를 의뢰인에게 통보하여야 한다.

③의뢰인은 제2항에 따라 계약이 체결된 때에는 그에 따른 필요한 비용을 부담한다.

(3) Where웨어 a어 contract칸트^r랙트 has해즈 been빈 concluded컨클루디드 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 requester^r리퀘스터 shall섈 bear베어 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 costs카스츠 thereof.^ð데^r러^v브

④기상청장은 수탁업무를 종료한 때 또는 수행기간이 만료된 때에는 지체 없이 그 결과를 의뢰인에게 통보하여야 하며, 필요한 경우 의뢰인의 동의를 얻어 수탁업무의 결과를 공표할 수 있다.
