기상법 제11조(관측 결과 등의 발표)

기상청장은 기상관측 결과 및 정보의 신속한 발표가 공공의 안전과 복리 증진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 방송사ㆍ신문사ㆍ통신사, 그 밖의 보도 관련 기관(이하 "보도기관"이라 한다)을 이용하거나 다른 적절한 방법을 통하여 즉시 발표하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.30>
