기상법 제17조의5(한국수치모델개발원의 설립)

① 기상청장은 기후변화로 인하여 달라지는 기상현상의 특성을 반영하고 새로운 관련 기술을 접목하여 수치모델(대기, 수권, 지면, 빙권 등 지구시스템의 물리적, 화학적, 역학적 과정을 수치해석적 방법으로 모의하여 분석ㆍ예측하는 모형을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 예측력을 지속적이고 체계적으로 높이기 위하여 한국수치모델개발원(이하 "개발원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

② 개발원은 법인으로 하고, 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 upon어판 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

③ 개발원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임직원을 둔다.

(3) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 have해^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④ 개발원은 그 정관을 변경하고자 할 때에는 기상청장의 인가를 받아야 한다.

(4) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Meteorological미티오^r럴라지클 Administration애드미니스트^r레이션 when웬 it잇 intends인텐즈 to투 amend어멘드 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 개발원은 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

(5) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

⑥ 정부는 개발원의 운영과 사업 수행에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 출연할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 make메이크 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 and앤드 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 carrying캐^r리잉 out아웃 projects,프^r라젝츠 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑦ 개발원에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(7) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 foundations^f파운데이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Institute.인스터툿
