내수면어업법 시행규칙 제23조(어도설치의 사후관리)

① 어도를 설치하려는 자가 어도설치를 완료하였을 때(제21조제1항 단서에 따라 협의가 생략된 경우를 포함한다)에는 완료한 날부터 15일 이내에 별지 제18호서식의 어도시설 설치결과서에 시공 후의 수리시설물과 어도의 사진을 각각 첨부하여 수산연구기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 어도설치를 완료한 자는 별지 제19호서식의 어도시설 사후관리부에 시설물의 전경 사진과 어도의 전경 사진을 붙여 갖춰 두고, 매년 1회 이상 점검한 후 관련 사항을 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다.

③ 수산연구기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 제출된 어도설치 결과를 매년 말일을 기준으로 하여 다음 해 1월 31일까지 해양수산부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24>
