노동위원회법 시행령 제8조(위원의 처우)

① 법 제7조제4항에 따라 노동위원회의 위원에게는 그 직무수행에 필요한 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 소관업무와 직접 관련하여 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 제1항에 따라 노동위원회의 위원에게 수당과 여비를 지급하는 경우에 수당은 출석일수에 따라 지급하고, 여비는 「공무원 여비 규정」을 준용하여 지급한다.
