노사관계 발전 지원에 관한 법률 제5조(노사관계발전위원회)

① 제2조 각 호에 따른 노사관계 발전을 위한 시책을 심의하기 위하여 노동부장관 소속으로 노사관계발전위원회를 둔다.

② 노사관계발전위원회의 조직ㆍ기능ㆍ운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
