노사관계 발전 지원에 관한 법률 제7조(재단 이사회 등)

① 재단의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 재단에 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 이사장ㆍ사무총장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chair체어 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general.제너^r럴

③ 이사장은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 4명 이내로 둘 수 있으며 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

④ 사무총장은 재단을 대표하고, 그 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 이사장은 사무총장을 겸할 수 없다.
