노인장기요양보험법 제16조(장기요양등급판정기간)

①등급판정위원회는 신청인이 신청서를 제출한 날부터 30일 이내에 제15조에 따른 장기요양등급판정을 완료하여야 한다. 다만, 신청인에 대한 정밀조사가 필요한 경우 등 기간 이내에 등급판정을 완료할 수 없는 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 30일 이내의 범위에서 이를 연장할 수 있다.

②공단은 등급판정위원회가 제1항 단서에 따라 장기요양인정심의 및 등급판정기간을 연장하고자 하는 경우 신청인 및 대리인에게 그 내용ㆍ사유 및 기간을 통보하여야 한다.
