노후준비 지원법 시행령 제7조의4(광역센터의 폐지ㆍ휴지 또는 재개 절차)

① 광역센터의 장은 법 제9조의2제4항에 따른 광역센터 운영의 폐지ㆍ휴지 또는 재개를 하려는 경우에는 폐지ㆍ휴지 또는 재개 3개월 전까지 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고서를 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 재개 신고를 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 제7조의2제3항 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 재개 여부를 결정하고, 그 결과를 해당 광역센터의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 폐지ㆍ휴지 또는 재개 사유, 휴지 기간 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항을 지체 없이 해당 시ㆍ도의 공보나 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하고, 중앙센터에 통보해야 한다.
