농림수산업자 신용보증법 시행령 제10조(신용보증신청)

①법 제8조제2항에 의한 신용보증의 신청을 하고자 하는 자는 그 신청서를 대출받고자 하는 금융기관을 거쳐 관리기관에 제출하여야 한다.

②법 제8조의2의 규정에 의한 신용보증을 받고자 하는 자는 신용보증신청서를 관리기관에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 채권자가 될 자가 금융기관인 경우에는 그 금융기관을 거쳐야 한다. <신설 1999.5.27>
