Credit Guarantee Act for Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Workers, Article 4 (Credit Guarantee Fund for Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Workers)

① 농림수산업자등의 신용을 보증하기 위하여 농업협동조합중앙회에 농림수산업자 신용보증기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다.

② 기금은 다음 각 호의 자금을 그 재원(財源)으로 한다.

③ 기금이 보증할 수 있는 채무의 범위는 농림수산업자금에 관한 것으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 채무로 한다.

1. 농림수산업자등이 금융기관으로부터 대출을 받음으로써 금융기관에 대하여 부담하는 금전채무
