농어촌마을 주거환경 개선 및 리모델링 촉진을 위한 특별법 제13조(농어촌마을 정비조합의 설립 및 추진위원회의 구성)

① 정비구역에서 정비사업을 하려는 자는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 인가를 받아 농어촌마을 정비조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다. 인가받은 내용을 변경하거나 조합을 해산하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 조합은 법인으로 하며, 제1항에 따라 조합 설립의 인가를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 등기함으로써 성립한다. 이 경우 조합은 그 명칭 중에 마을정비사업조합이라는 문자를 사용하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 조합을 설립하려면 정비구역에 있는 토지등소유자의 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 받아 농림축산식품부령 또는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합 설립 추진위원회를 구성하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 조합의 건전한 운영을 위하여 지도ㆍ감독을 할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 may메이 guide가이드 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 for^f포 its잇츠 sound사운드 operation.아퍼^r레이션

⑤ 조합의 설립 방법 및 절차, 구성원의 자격기준 및 운영 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
