농업협동조합법 시행령 제13조(대리인의 선임등기)

① 법 제131조제6항에 따라 중앙회의 회장(이하 "중앙회장"이라 한다), 상호금융대표이사 및 전무이사, 조합감사위원회의 위원장, 농협경제지주회사ㆍ농협금융지주회사ㆍ농협은행ㆍ농협생명보험ㆍ농협손해보험의 대표자가 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 선임 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2012.1.6, 2017.6.27, 2022.4.12, 2025.1.21>

② 제1항에 따라 대리인의 선임에 관한 등기를 신청할 때에는 대리인의 선임을 증명하는 서면(제1항제3호에 해당될 때에는 이를 증명하는 서면을 포함한다)을 첨부하여야 한다.
