농업협동조합법 시행령 제4조의8(상임감사를 두어야 하는 조합)

법 제45조제3항 단서(법 제107조제1항 및 제112조제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준 이상에 해당하는 지역농협"이란 감사의 임기 개시일 이전에 법 제71조제3항에 따라 정기총회의 승인을 받은 최근 결산보고서에 적힌 자산총액이 8천억원 이상인 지역농협을 말한다. <개정 2024.10.8>
