농업협동조합법 시행령 제44조(통지와 최고)

① 채권청약자에 대한 통지나 최고는 청약자가 따로 그 주소를 중앙회 또는 농협은행에 통지한 경우를 제외하고는 채권청약서에 적힌 주소로 한다. <개정 2012.1.6>

② 기명식채권의 소유자에 대한 통지 또는 최고는 채권자가 따로 그 주소를 중앙회 또는 농협은행에 통지한 경우를 제외하고는 채권원부에 적힌 주소로 한다. <개정 2012.1.6>

③ 무기명식채권의 소지자에 대한 통지 또는 최고는 공고의 방법으로 한다.
