농지법 제25조(묵시의 갱신)

임대인이 임대차 기간이 끝나기 3개월 전까지 임차인에게 임대차계약을 갱신하지 아니한다는 뜻이나 임대차계약 조건을 변경한다는 뜻을 통지하지 아니하면 그 임대차 기간이 끝난 때에 이전의 임대차계약과 같은 조건으로 다시 임대차계약을 한 것으로 본다. <개정 2012.1.17>
