농지법 제45조(농지위원회의 구성)

① 농지위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이상 20명 이하의 위원으로 구성하며 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다.

② 농지위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 Farmland^f팜랜드 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 who후 fall^f폴 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 농지위원회의 효율적 운영을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 각 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성되는 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

④ 분과위원회의 심의는 농지위원회의 심의로 본다.

(4) Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Farmland^f팜랜드 Committee.커미티

⑤ 위원의 임기ㆍ선임ㆍ해임 등 농지위원회 및 분과위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
