뇌연구 촉진법 시행령 제10조(뇌연구실무추진위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제6조의2제1항에 따른 뇌연구실무추진위원회(이하 "추진위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 추진위원회의 위원장은 과학기술정보통신부 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 또는 별정직공무원이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

③ 추진위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 two투 years.이어즈

④ 제2항제2호의 위원의 사임(辭任) 등으로 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

⑤ 추진위원회의 위원장은 추진위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑥ 추진위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 추진위원회는 뇌과학(腦科學), 뇌의약학(腦醫藥學), 뇌공학(腦工學) 등의 분야에 관한 안건을 전문적으로 검토하기 위하여 추진위원회 소속으로 분야별 소위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 추진위원회와 소위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 추진위원회의 의결을 거쳐 추진위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
