뉴스통신 진흥에 관한 법률 제14조(임원의 선임 등)

① 연합뉴스사에는 임원으로 대표이사와 5명 이내의 이사 및 감사 1명을 둔다.

③ 이사와 감사는 진흥회의 추천을 받아 주주총회에서 선임된다.

④ 임원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 보궐임원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
