Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Safety Control of Multi-Use Establishments, Article 18 (Matters Disclosed About Establishments That Have Not Complied with Orders for Measures, etc.)

①법 제20조제1항에 따라 소방청장ㆍ소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 조치명령 미이행업소를 공개하려면 공개내용과 공개방법 등을 그 업소의 관계인(영업주와 소속 종업원을 말한다)에게 미리 알려야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
