다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제9조의2(간이스프링클러설비 설치의 지원)

① 법 제9조제6항에 따른 간이스프링클러설비 설치 비용을 지원받으려는 다중이용업주는 해당 다중이용업소의 소재지를 관할하는 소방서장에게 비용 지원을 신청해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 소방서장은 소방본부장에게 신청 내용의 검토를 요청하고, 검토 요청을 받은 소방본부장은 해당 다중이용업소의 영업장이 지원 대상에 해당하는지 등을 검토하여 그 결과를 소방서장에게 통보해야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 간이스프링클러설비 설치 비용의 지원 기준ㆍ방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 소방청장이 정하여 고시한다.
