Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fair Transactions in Agency Business, Article 2 (Matters to Be Stated in Agency Transaction Contracts)
「대리점거래의 공정화에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제1항제8호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.
"Matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 5 (1) 8 of the Act on Fair Transactions in Agency Business (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") means the following:
1. 위탁판매 거래의 경우 공급업자가 대리점에 위탁하는 업무의 범위 및 수행방법에 관한 사항
1. In the case of a consignment sales transaction, matters concerning the scope and method of performance of the work that the supplier entrusts to the agency;
2. 위탁판매 거래의 경우 수수료 등 그 명칭에 관계없이 공급업자가 대리점에 지급하는 대가에 관한 사항
