Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fair Transactions in Agency Business, Article 7-2 (Designation Standards for Institutions Entrusted with Education and Other Affairs)
법 제12조의4제2항에서 "시설ㆍ인력 및 교육실적 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 별표 1에서 정하는 기준을 말한다.
"Standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as facilities, personnel, and education performance" in Article 12-4 (2) of the Act means the standards set forth in Appendix Table 1.
