Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 9-3 (Content, Procedures, etc. of Disclosure of Administrative Dispositions or Corrective Orders)

① 시ㆍ도지사등은 법 제16조의2제1항에 따라 행정처분 또는 시정명령 사실을 공개하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>
