대외무역법 시행령 제69조(수입수량 제한조치의 연장 등)

산업통상부장관은 시행 중인 수입수량 제한조치에 대하여 무역위원회가 그 조치 내용의 변경이나 적용기간의 연장을 건의하면 그 건의가 접수된 날부터 1개월 이내(연장의 경우 법 제39조제1항에 따른 수입수량 제한조치의 적용기간이 끝나는 날 이전)에 그 조치의 변경이나 조치 기간의 연장 여부를 결정하고 그 내용을 무역위원회에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
