Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Presidential Records, Article 10 (Methods and Procedures for Access to Presidentially Designated Records, etc.)

①국회의장은 법 제17조제4항제1호에 따라 대통령지정기록물의 열람, 사본제작 및 자료제출(이하 이 조에서 "열람등"이라 한다)을 요구하는 경우에는 대통령기록관의 장에게 국회재적의원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성 의결이 이루어졌다는 증거자료를 제시하고, 열람등을 하려는 대통령지정기록물과 열람등의 방법(열람, 사본제작 및 자료제출 중 선택한다)을 밝혀야 한다. <개정 2021.3.9>

③대통령기록관의 장은 제1항에 따른 국회의장의 요구가 있거나 제2항에 따른 관할 고등법원장이 발부하는 영장이 제시된 경우에는 10일 이내에 열람등에 응하여야 한다. 이 경우 열람등의 방법은 다음 각 호와 같다.
