대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(징계의결의 요구)

① 처장은 소속 직원에게 징계사유가 있다고 인정되는 때에는 관할징계위원회에 징계의결을 요구하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

②처장은 경호처에 파견되어 근무중인 직원에 대하여 징계사유가 있다고 인정되는 때에는 파견직원의 원소속기관의 장에게 그 사유를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③제1항의 규정에 의하여 징계의결을 요구하는 때에는 미리 당해 직원의 징계사유에 대하여 충분히 조사하고 입증자료를 첨부하여 징계의결요구서에 의하여 이를 행하여야 한다.
