Enforcement Decree of the Act on Protection of the President, etc., Article 7 (Establishment of the Personnel Committee)

①대통령경호처(이하 "경호처"라 한다) 직원의 인사에 관한 정책 및 그 운용에 관한 중요사항을 심의하기 위하여 인사위원회 및 인사실무위원회를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2022.5.9>

②인사위원회는 위원장 1인과 5인 이상 7인 이하의 위원으로 구성하며, 위원장은 2급 이상 직원중에서, 위원은 3급 이상 직원중에서 각각 처장이 임명한다. <개정 2005.6.30, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
