대통령직 인수에 관한 법률 제9조(위원회의 직원)

① 위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 위원회에 전문위원ㆍ사무직원 등 직원을 둘 수 있다.

② 위원장은 위원회의 업무 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 기관의 직원을 소속 기관의 장의 동의를 받아 전문위원ㆍ사무직원 등 직원으로 파견근무를 하도록 요청할 수 있으며, 요청을 받은 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
