대학교원 자격기준 등에 관한 규정 제20조(자격인정의 무효등)

①부정한 방법에 의하여 자격인정을 받거나, 또는 받은 자에 대하여는 그 심사를 중지 또는 무효로 한다.

②제1항의 중지 또는 무효의 결정을 받은 자는 그 결정일로부터 2년이내에 자격인정을 신청할 수 없다.
