대한민국재향경우회법 제2조(법인격 등)

① 대한민국재향경우회(이하 "경우회"라 한다)는 법인으로 한다.

② 경우회는 정관을 작성하여 경찰청장의 인가를 받고 등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 by바이 preparing프^r리페^r링 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 obtaining어브테이닝 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Police펄리스 Agency,에이전시 and앤드 registering.^r레지스터^r링

③ 경우회에 대하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
